Favorite Golf Course

Golf, it’s probably one of the more difficult game to play, and there are more people trying to peddle solutions for your problems than you can shake a stick at. If you don’t trust me turn on the golf channel for a little while and see how many ads you find for the next best training aid. Most of these training aids will work, I can’t deny that. However I’ve often wondered if we have to have this perfect swing in order to play the game and have a half way decent score.

We now live in the information age, and when it comes to learning how to swing a golf club, it’s information overload. There is a whole lot of information out there from the information superhighway to your golf buddies who will try to tell you the correct way to swing the club.

1. Get Your Putt to the Hole: In a team format make sure you get the ball to the hole, even if you do not make the shot you are still giving your playing partners a good read on the putt. Most putts don’t get to the hole because you decelerated on the through-stroke. To repair this, make sure the through-stroke is as long or longer than your backstroke.
